RESIDENTIAL PAINTING

 

Exterior Painting

Siding and Trim

We paint or stain on a wide variety of materials, that include:

Brick, Loxon, Wood, Stucco, Aluminum, Vinyl.

 

Our standard process:

1.- Power wash all areas to remove dust, mold, or any dirt that is present on the surface.

2.- Scrape, peel or sand the old paint to prepare any surface that is necessary.

3.- Fill the gaps and cracks with silicone that have occurred over time due to weather or animals with caulk.

4.-Protect surfaces and areas not being painted with tape, plastic, and drop cloths.

5.- Cover all surfaces to be painted with sealer to ensure that once the paint is applied, it covers all surfaces well and evenly.

6.- Paint surfaces with 1 to 2 coats of high-quality paint based on contract.

7.- Clean up materials and tools used during the project at the end of each workday. Any objects moved during the painting process will be put back.

8.- Upon job completion, a walkthrough will be done with the client to review the project. If touch ups are needed, arrangements will be made to meet quality standards.

Wood Staining

Does your deck look dirty, washed out, faded or cracked? We’ll take care of it! We apply the best staining and sealing materials that are water-resistant, mold-resistant, and protect against UV rays.

Our Standard Process:

1.- Scrape the wood surface to remove dirt and loose paint.

2.- Deep power wash to remove dust and loose material that has remained after peeling the surface.

3.- Sand the areas that are necessary to create a smooth surface ready for staining.

4. Cover surfaces that do not need to be painted or stained with tape, plastic, paper and canvas to protect them from any staining accident.

5.- Use high-quality stain or paint products that come with a warranty of two years per contract*.

6 .-Clean up materials and tools used during the project at the end of each workday. Any objects moved during the painting process will be put back to its original place.

7.- Upon job completion, a walkthrough will be done with the client to review the project. If touch ups are needed, arrangements will be made to meet quality standards.

 

Stucco repairs and painting

Stucco repairs and painting: The most common problems you will have with stucco siding is the damage generated by water. If the damage is not repaired on time, there are many high-risk accidents that humidity can cause. Our professionals are ready for any repairs and painting your building may need, including cracks or stains.

 

Our Standard Process:

1.- Evaluate and identify the different types of grooves and their cause to plan restoration accordingly.

2.-Conduct a deep power wash to remove dust and loose material that has remained after peeling the surface

3.-  Apply elastomeric/waterproof primer on your stucco to cover the areas that have been repaired, leaving a smooth finish ready to paint.

4.- Apply one to two coats of paint that, in addition to making your property look new, will help preserve the stucco and prevent new cracks.

 

Power washing

Has it been a while since you last had a deep power wash and you want your home to look more presentable? We power wash to remove the dust, mold, old paint, or any dirt that is present on the house. Besides it being an important prepping step, this allows the fresh paint to stick and distribute well on the surface. 

EPA Lead Certified

Many houses were built before 1980. If your home is one of them, it is likely that it was painted with lead-based materials. In order to paint your home, you must have a certificate issued by The Environmental Protection Agency. At INMARS we are certified in lead painting, so you can rest assured that we will work with the regulations established by the EPA.

Rooms: Selecting the perfect color and finish for your home will help your mood while protecting your walls from humidity and mold. At INMARS PAINTING we’re experts in painting walls, ceilings, trim, windows, doors, crown moldings, and any type of material anywhere in your house such as the foyer, hallways, staircase, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, porch, basement, studios, and garages.

Our Standard Process:

1.- Select a color for each room. We understand that sometimes the color selection process may be a bit overwhelming for the client. That is why we offer a color consulting service with some of our interior design experts who will guide you in finding the perfect color or colors. If you plan to paint your home with the original color, we will need a can of old paint (if available) or a paint sample to provide a color match.

2.- Cover furniture with plastic, as well as the floors with paper and or drop cloths and cover windows, doors, and each of the areas that will not be painted.

3.- If necessary, prime the surface to leave a smooth even canvas that paint can later adhere to.

4.- Apply one to two coats of high-quality paint on our surface with a 3- year warranty.

5.- Clean up materials and tools used during the project at the end of each workday. Any objects moved during the painting process will be put back.

6.-  Upon job completion, a walkthrough will be done with the client to review the project. If touch ups are needed, arrangements will be made to meet quality standards.

Cabinet Painting

Cabinet Painting: Are your cabinets starting to look worn out or old? Are you wondering what the cost of replacing them might be? We have excellent news for you! With INMARS PAINTING you will save a lot of money and make your cabinets look brand new without the need to replace them. When you paint or stain your cabinets, they are protected from humidity and it gives them more lifespan.

             Our Standard Process:

  1. Uninstalling doors and drawers on the cabinets to paint them separately.
  2. Sand surfaces to prepare them for painting.
  3. Apply one coat of primer (if necessary) on doors, drawers and frame of the cabinets to make the paint finish long-lasting.
  4. After we apply one to two coats of paint or stain (depending on the finish) both on doors, drawers, and on the mounted cabinets.
  5. When painting is complete we put the cabinets back together.
  6. Clean up materials and tools used during the project at the end of each workday. Any objects moved during the painting process will be put back.
  7. Upon job completion, a walkthrough will be done with the client to review the project. If touch ups are needed, arrangements will be made to meet quality standards.

Drywall Repair

Drywall Repair: The problem we see the most is damage to the drywall of your home. It can occur from minor accidents when moving some furniture, nail removal, and cracks caused by moisture. If this is your case, we have professionals to repair them with high-quality skills and materials.

 

Our Standard Process:

  1. Mark the surface around the damaged area.
  2. Cut out a piece of new drywall the same size as the damaged area and place it inside the space to be repaired.
  3. Put drywall joint tape and joint compound around the affected area.
  4. Let the area dry and sand the repaired surface.
  5. Apply primer and paint on the repaired area.
  6. Clean up materials and tools used during the project at the end of each workday. Any objects moved during the painting process will be put back.
  7. Upon job completion, a walkthrough will be done with the client to review the project. If touch ups are needed, arrangements will be made to meet quality standards.

 

Wallpaper removal services

Wallpaper removal services: Removing wallpaper without the correct tools can be a difficult task that can put you through a lot of frustration. Our professionals are trained and prepped with the appropriate tools to remove wallpaper from your walls and repair any minor flaws that remain on the walls after removal, leaving them ready to be painted.

Our Standard Process:

  1. Remove the wallpaper in a manner that does not damage the walls of your home.
  2. Repair any damage caused by removing the wallpaper and smooth the surface by sanding.
